How long does delivery take?
Orders are fulfilled and either shipped or delivered (local delivery) within 2-5 business days. Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to receive updates.
My package is incomplete, what do I do?
If you believe you are missing items in your order please email us at email@example.com. We then can either refund these items or have them shipped to you with free shipping.
What should I do if I have not received my packages yet?
If your package has been shipped and you have received a tracking number, please contact your delivery service. If you have not yet received notification of your order being shipped and it has been over 7 days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email to follow along with your package. If you selected local delivery for the Kingston, Ontario, Canada area, there is no tracking available.
The items/size I want are out of stock, what should I do?
Email us at email@example.com! We will let you know if we plan on restocking that item/size. Sign up for our email list to receive notification when the product is back in stock!
Can I purchase a gift for a friend?
Absolutely! Simply fill out their address as the shipping address and send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a personalized message for your loved one!
Can I exchange my order for a different size/product?
Yes! Simply send us an email at email@example.com and we will work with your needs.
Can I cancel my order?
Send firstname.lastname@example.org an email requesting the cancellation. We will refund your order and you will see your funds returned to your account within 2-5 business days.
